Enterprise Delivery

A production workflow begins with diagnosis, not self-service signup.

Every customer engagement starts by defining the operating problem and the systems involved. The agreed solution is documented in a SOW before the implementation team provisions and configures the tenant.

What this model prevents

No empty tenant. No unexplained connector. No automation without an owner.

The sales-led approach is designed for workflows that cross teams and systems. It creates a shared understanding of what will be automated, what remains subject to human review, and who is responsible when the normal path does not apply.

01

Business and process discovery

Work with business and system owners to document the current workflow, volumes, handoffs, failure points, source systems, approval requirements and desired result.

02

Solution design and SOW

Translate the selected use case into a defined implementation, including roles, integrations, workflow logic, testing, responsibilities and commercial scope.

05

Testing and launch readiness

Test normal, duplicate, missing-data, permission, timeout and rejection scenarios with customer owners before production release.

06

Adoption and optimization

Review workflow usage, unresolved exceptions, cycle time and recurring manual interventions to identify the next improvement or expansion.

Shared responsibility

A successful implementation needs decisions from both sides.

WorkstreamCustomer responsibilityAlchemyWorkflow responsibility
Business process definition

Provide current process, policy, owners, required decisions and acceptance criteria.

Facilitate discovery and translate requirements into workflow design.

Connected-system authority

Approve access, fields and actions for CRM, content, channel or internal systems.

Configure only the approved integration scope and document expected behavior.

Testing

Provide representative scenarios and designated business reviewers.

Prepare tests, support execution and resolve implementation defects.

User administration

Invite, remove and assign customer users according to internal policy.

Configure the available role model and provide administrator enablement.

Ongoing workflow ownership

Approve business-rule and process changes after launch.

Implement agreed changes and support operational review according to the service scope.

Delivery FAQ

What buyers and project owners usually ask.

How long does implementation take?

Timing depends on the number of workflows, systems, approval stakeholders, data mappings and testing requirements. The expected schedule is defined in the SOW rather than published as a generic promise.

Can we start with one workflow?

Yes. A focused initial workflow is often the best way to validate the operating model, integration approach and governance before expanding.

Who invites employees?

Customer administrators invite and manage employees after the tenant and initial access model are configured. There is no public self-service registration.

What happens after launch?

The applicable support, optimization and change process depends on the commercial agreement. Operational reviews can use workflow history and exceptions to prioritize improvements.

Start with a process diagnosis.

Bring one workflow, the systems it touches and the people responsible for it.
