Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy protects AlchemyWorkflow, our customers, connected services and individuals affected by configured workflows. It applies to every user, administrator, integration, API client and workflow.
Illegal and harmful activity
You may not use the Services to violate law; facilitate fraud, phishing, harassment, discrimination or exploitation; distribute malware; evade sanctions; or create content or actions intended to cause unlawful harm.
Privacy and sensitive data
You may not process personal information without appropriate authority, notices and safeguards. Do not submit highly sensitive or regulated data unless expressly authorized in a signed agreement and supported by the required controls.
Security abuse
You may not probe, scan, test or bypass security without written authorization; access another tenant; share credentials improperly; interfere with service integrity; overwhelm systems; or introduce malicious code.
Content and intellectual property
You may not upload or generate content that infringes intellectual-property, confidentiality, publicity or privacy rights. You are responsible for obtaining necessary rights to Customer Content and reviewing generated outputs before use.
Responsible automation and AI use
You may not deploy workflows that make unlawful or unfair high-impact decisions without appropriate human review. Do not use generated content to impersonate individuals, create deceptive endorsements, manipulate customers or misrepresent material facts.
Platform and commercial abuse
You may not resell unauthorized access, scrape the Services, reverse engineer except where law permits, use the Services to build a competing product, benchmark publicly without consent, circumvent limits or conceal prohibited activity.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, disable a workflow, suspend access or terminate use where reasonably necessary. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure. We may preserve or disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety.
Reporting concerns
Report suspected abuse or security issues to security@alchemyworkflow.ai. Do not include unnecessary sensitive data in a report.
