01

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on a device when a website is visited. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags and software development kits. They may remember preferences, support security or help understand website activity.

02

How AlchemyWorkflow uses cookies

AlchemyWorkflow may use cookies to keep the website secure, remember consent choices, operate forms, diagnose errors and understand how visitors use the site. We do not need advertising cookies to provide the enterprise product, and such technologies should not be enabled unless they are deliberately configured and covered by an appropriate consent mechanism.

03

Cookie categories

Strictly necessary

Required for security, navigation, network management, form protection and consent storage. These cannot generally be disabled through the site.

Functional

Remember choices such as language, region or interface preferences.

Analytics

Help measure page performance, visitor journeys and aggregate website usage. Where required, analytics cookies are set only after consent.

Marketing

May support campaign measurement or tailored advertising. AlchemyWorkflow should list each marketing provider before enabling this category.

04

Current website inventory

The production website should maintain a current cookie inventory in the table below. Do not publish a provider or retention period unless it matches the deployed site.

Name / providerPurposeCategoryRetention
Consent preferenceStores the visitor’s cookie choiceNecessaryUp to 12 months
Session and security controlsSupports secure website and form operationNecessarySession or short-term

Analytics and marketing rows must be added when those tools are actually deployed.

05

Your choices

Where a consent banner is available, you may accept, reject or change non-essential cookie categories. You can also delete or block cookies through your browser. Blocking necessary storage may affect website operation.

Where legally required, AlchemyWorkflow should honor applicable opt-out preference signals for technologies that constitute targeted advertising, sale or sharing.

06

Third-party technologies

Third-party providers may process identifiers or usage information under their own privacy notices. Before launch, AlchemyWorkflow should maintain an internal register of deployed analytics, marketing, embedded-content and support tools and ensure the banner matches the actual implementation.

07

Updates and contact

We may update this Cookie Policy when technologies or legal requirements change. Questions may be sent to privacy@alchemyworkflow.ai.
